Yes, Keep Me Certified is a fully accredited online real estate school by the State of Missouri (License #40900). Our course topics are individually approved for 3 credit-hours each and you will receive an individual certificate for each topic completed.

Yes, our system remembers where you left off so if you log out and back in to continue a video that you have not already completed, you can fast forward and rewind within the portion of the video that you have already seen. You can do this by clicking in the video progress bar in the video player.
Upon completing all of the modules in a course, you will immediately be able to download an individual certificate for that course.

Just like watching a show on Comcast, Netflix, or Hulu, when something goes wrong refresh the page and you should be all set to continue from where you left off. To refresh on a PC, push Control F5 (the f5 key at the top of your keyboard). Our system will remember where you left off but you can also fast forward back to where you were. On a Mac hit Command R on your keyboard.
Generally this is a "self-healing" process, but if it does not fix itself you can refresh the page and even fast forward back to where you left off. From a pc, the best way to refresh the page is by hitting Control F5 on your keyboard. On a Mac hit Command R. That does a full refresh on your browser. To fast forward, you can click on the "progress" bar that pops up when you hover over the video as it`s playing. Complete all of the elements in a course topic and you will receive a certificate. Then repeat with whichever course you want to complete next.
We submit your completed credits to the state the Monday after you complete them, but only the licensee can renew their license directly with the state. Once we are within one week of the expiration deadline, we will be uploading credits every day. All completed credits are timestamped to the date you completed them. Licensees are required to renew their real estate license directly with the state. We keep your records in our database if you need a copy of your certificates in the future.
